• We do not collect or process sensitive financial data such as credit card or bank account information.
• Login is handled through the official Pi Network SDK. No password or authentication data is stored by PiNB.

2. Use of Data

We use your data exclusively for purposes directly related to the functioning of our platform:

• Authenticating your identity via Pi Network
• Displaying accommodation listings
• Managing bookings and communication between users
• Preventing fraud, abuse, or misuse of the platform

3. Data Storage

• All data is securely stored using Supabase, a GDPR-compliant backend service.

4. Data Sharing

• Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
• We may share minimal necessary data with infrastructure providers (e.g. Supabase, Pi Network SDK) to ensure service delivery.

5. Cookies & Tracking

PiNB does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party marketing tools.

Only essential session-related data (e.g. login state) may be temporarily stored in your browser's localStorage to enable basic platform functionality.

6. User Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we store about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw your consent for data usage at any time

7. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services or comply with legal obligations. Listings and user records can be deleted upon request.

8. Referral and Partner Program

If you participate in our partner program, we may store and associate your referral code with new users who submit listings using that code. This information is used internally to track program usage and potential reward eligibility. Referral data is not publicly visible and is not shared with third parties.
