Terms of Service

By accessing and using the PiNB platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope

These terms apply to all users of the PiNB platform, including both guests and hosts. PiNB is a decentralized accommodation platform based on the Pi Network and is currently operating in test mode.

2. Hosting Responsibilities

• You confirm that you are the owner or authorized manager of the listed property.
• You are fully responsible for the accuracy of your listing information (title, location, price, description, and images).
• You confirm that you have the rights to publish and share any images uploaded.
• All listings must pass manual verification before being made public.

3. Commission

PiNB collects a 5% commission on every completed booking through the platform. This will be either deducted during payment or handled upon transaction confirmation.

4. Booking and Payments

• All bookings are processed using Pi cryptocurrency.
• Confirmed bookings are binding between the guest and the host.
• Disputes, cancellations, or no-shows must be resolved directly between the parties.

5. User Authentication

All users must authenticate through the official Pi Network login. Fake or manipulated login attempts are strictly prohibited.

6. Verification and KYC

PiNB reserves the right to request KYC verification for any user or listing in order to ensure trust and safety on the platform.

7. Test Mode Disclaimer

This application is currently in testnet mode. Features, terms, and functions may change at any time prior to the official launch on the Pi Network mainnet.

8. Liability Disclaimer

PiNB is not liable for any damages, lost funds, or disputes between users. Each user acts at their own responsibility.

9. Acceptance

By continuing to use PiNB, you agree to these terms in full.
